She grew up in Puli, Taiwan and was formerly a registered nurse working in labor & delivery.
Feng is a great negotiator, experienced real estate investor and an expert with 1031 exchanges. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese. Feng is licensed with the CA Department of Real Estate and Department of Insurance.
Fun Fact: Feng loves ballroom dance and salsa.

She is a MBA graduate from UCI Merage School of Business. Prior to real estate she had over 10 years in corporate accounting.
Her love for real estate sparked from her own experience as a home buyer. She feels passionate about helping families navigate the home buying process. Nancy is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. She is licensed with the CA Department of Real Estate and Department of Insurance.
Fun Fact: Nancy loves traveling and one of her favorite vacations was to Machu Picchu.
